Probably one of Dymatize' best flavors, I take it before bedtime, when slow-releasing protein aids the most, and I have yet to wake up hungry. I'd give it 5 stars but the powder is a bit weird in that it is dust-like and easily “puffs” ... Original post: Health Care To Us ...
